CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE No. 420
MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT ORDINANCE

OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN

Please take notice that the Village of Oxford Council will hold a public hearing and second reading on
Tuesday, August 08, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the Village Council Chambers located at 22 W. Burdick St., Oxford, MI. This Public Hearing is being held for the purpose of considering adopting Ordinance 420, Mobile Food Establishment Ordinance.
A complete copy of proposed Ordinance 420 is available for review on-line, or by contacting the office of the Village Clerk during regular business hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m. Phone: 248-628-2543. Physically challenged persons needing assistance or aid at the public hearing should contact the Village Clerk during regular business hours not less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the public hearing. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed ordinance may do so in

CHAPTER 38, FOOD AND
FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS

Please take notice that the Village of Oxford Council will hold a Second Reading and
Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter to consider
repealing ARTICLE II, Chapter 38 from the Village of Oxford General Ordinance. A
complete copy of the ordinance language to be repleaded is available for review on-line, or by
contacting the office of the Village Clerk, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, 48371, during regular
business hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Phone: 248-628-2543. Physically
challenged persons needing assistance or aid at the public hearing are asked to contact the
Village Clerk during regular business hours not less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the
public hearing to make special arrangements. Anyone wishing to comment on repealing ARTICLE
II, FOOD AND FOOD ESTABLISHMENT ORDINANCE may do so in person, at the public hearing
