Snow-much fun!

The Oxford area received its first big snowfall of the winter Dec. 13 when approximately 9 inches of the fluffy white stuff coated the ground. School was closed the next day and many kids and parents decided to enjoy their snow day playing outside. Some, like Hunter Hughes (above), a sixth-grader at Kingsbury Country Day School, went sledding at Seymour Lake Twp. Park. For more snow day photos, please puchase a copy of The Oxford Leader. Who wants to be stuck in the house playing video games when there’s so much snow to play in? With approximately 9 inches of the white stuff coating the ground and school closed, many kids headed to the sled hill at Seymour Lake Twp. Park for hours of fun.
