Todd Irwin George Sr., age 50, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at his home in West Branch, MI surrounded by his family.

Todd lived in West Branch since 2017, formerly of the Oxford and Lapeer areas.
He was born on November 25, 1970 in Holly.
On September 30, 1995, he married Beverly Weed in Lake Orion.
Todd was a member of the Oakland Bass Masters and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He was a master of fixing anything that was broken and was the best mechanic in the county. He served in the United States Army during Desert Storm from 1989-1992.
Todd is survived by his loving wife, Beverly George; children, Melissa (Jon) George, Todd (Riley) George Jr., and Monica (Tristin) Long; granddaughter, Magnolia Rose; mother, Patricia Brunett; sisters, Trena Myers and Laura (Brian) Durham; brother, Rick (Nancy) Brunett; sister, Teri (Chris) Williams; half-sister, Laura (Bob) Strelow; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his papa, Charles HW Brunett and brothers, Troy Brian George and Cory Ray George.
Visitation will begin at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch on today (October 27) from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with visitation starting at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Damon Cemetery in West Branch with veteran honors.

  1. I went to school with Todd starting in elementary school. He was always fun to be around. I haven’t seen him in many years, but I still carry great memories. My prayers to his wife, kids and family. Rest in peace.
