Halloween is Thursday, Oct. 31, so watch out for all those little ghosts, ghouls and goblins as they go door-to-door collecting candy.

In Oxford Village and Township, the official trick-or-treating time begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m. Both of Oxford’s fire stations will serve free doughnuts and apple cider from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

In Addison Township and Leonard, trick-or-treating will be permitted from 6 to 7 p.m. Addison firefighters will serve free doughnuts and cider from 7 to 8 p.m. in the old fire hall, next to Rowland Hall, in downtown Leonard.
