Wireless Toyz opens in Oxford

Cellular phone shopping just got easier and more convenient with the opening of a new Wireless Toyz location right in the heart of downtown Oxford.
‘We have everything in one place,? said Joey Manni, who owns the new store and another Wireless Toyz in Lake Orion with his two brothers, Richie and Franki.
Wireless Toyz offers all the major wireless carriers including Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile, Cingular and Verizon Wireless.
As a result, Manni said their sales representatives can find what best suits customers? needs as opposed to selling them something they don’t want because of limited selection.
‘We’re working for the customer,? he said.
Prepaid cellular services are available from Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile for those people who want more control over their cellular usage and spending.
Manni said these prepaid packages are especially great for parents who want to make sure their teens don’t run up their cell phone bills chatting with friends.
‘If they go over their minutes, their service will just stop,? he said. ‘Then they have to buy another card.?
With 70 to 80 different styles of phones (including Motorola, Sanyo, Samsung, Nokia) and a complete line of accessories such as cases, chargers and wireless earpieces from Bluetooth, Wireless Toyz truly is Oxford’s new ‘one-stop? cellular shopping experience.
‘If we don’t have a product, we do whatever it takes to get it for customers right away,? Manni said.
Because there are 101 Wireless Toyz locations nationwide ? 40 of which are located in the metro Detroit area ? Manni said he can e-mail every store to find and obtain whatever product the customer wants.
‘We’ll go all out to get the customer what they’re looking for,? he said.
By the end of 2006, Manni said another 200 Wireless Toyz stores are expected to open nationwide.
From now until the end of the year, Wireless Toyz will even pay the activation fees on new cell phones, which can amount to about $36 per phone, according to Manni.
Once you have the cell phone and service plan you want, why not treat yourself to that satellite television service you’ve been dreaming of? Wireless Toyz can make that dream a reality as it offers both Dish Network and Direct TV.
Manni said Dish Network is geared toward film lovers with plenty of movie channels while Direct TV is more for sports fans offering such popular packages as the NFL Sunday Ticket.
